Get ready to paint the town green as Stone Street in the Financial District is back with the massive annual St. Patrick’s Day street festival on March 16th and 17th.

It’s peak oyster season, so you won’t want to miss out on New York City’s largest oyster event of the year: the 21st annual Stone & Pearl Oysterfest happening October 20th-22nd.

Stone Street Then vs Now — 1914 vs 2023. Did you know there used to be an elevated train station just steps from Stone Street? The Hanover Square Station on the elevated El’ Third Ave Line which operated between 1878-1950.
